How many seasons of Survivor are there?

After 23 years and 43 full seasons, Survivor is one of the longest-running reality television shows in the United States.

It first premiered on May 31, 2000.

The hit series is now back for season 44.

As reported by , Probst revealed in an interview that the season spanned 26 days. There will likely be about 13 episodes.

This means it is a shortened season like the previous two seasons, which lasted for only 26 out of the usual 39 days.

The altered length time is due to the Covid-19 pandemic requiring all cast and production members to quarantine for 14 days and taking up some of the short production time.

The Mamanuca Islands in Fiji has returned as Survivor’s location.

The three teams include the Ratu (Orange) Tribe, the Soka (Green) Tribe, and the Tika (Purple) Tribe.

When did Survivor season 44 start?

Survivor kicked off on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 on CBS at 8pm EST.

The TV show will air every Wednesday at the same time.

Full episodes can be watched live from 8pm to 10pm on CBS.

According to , the series can be streamed via the CBS app, Paramount Plus, Hulu + Live TV, fuboTV, and Sling TV.
