GINO D'Acampo left Family Fortunes contestants stunned after he ripped up his question cards in a rage.
Sunday night's episode of the ITV game show saw the Italian chef return for hosting duties with two new families, the Jones' and the Bakers'.
One question during the round was about which foods can be eaten hot and cold, with one of the families suggesting pasta.
Gino, 45, accepted that answer but the board didn't, giving them a cross against their name.
The next suggestion was another Italian staple, pizza, and it turned out to be the top answer.
Gino couldn't hide his shock and said: "I don't get that! I don't get it!"
As he spoke he took his question cards and ripped them up dramatically, as the two families watched on in surprise.
He continued: "How can you have starchy cold pizza and not pasta?"
