GEMMA Collins pulled out all the stops for boyfriend Rami Hawash's 46th birthday tonight.
The reality diva forked out on designer gifts costing thousands, THREE birthday cakes, and a gorgeous balloon arch for her other half.

Rami's haul included Versace flip flops costing £450, a Versace zip bag worth £490, two pairs of Louboutin shoes for £1311 and another pair of Louboutin trainers for £545.
The Towie favourite proudly revealed her efforts on Instagram, telling fans: "Why have one cake when you can have three! Rami loves cake!"
Gemma, 40, showered Rami with gifts after revealing she's having the best sex of her life with Rami after rekindling their relationship.
She said she has shed all inhibitions since turning 40 and has declared "anything goes" between the sheets.
Gemma shared: "I'm the happiest I've ever been. I'm very in love.
"Me and Ram, at the end of the day, that fire, that passion it's always been there."
And whether it's morning noon or night, Gemma is "ready to go all the time".
She added: "I've got plenty of energy. I'm good to go whenever the mood takes."
The star also said she wants to get pregnant this summer after reuniting with her ex-fiancé.

The reality star said in July: "I've got a lovely partner now and I'm very happy. I never saw that coming.
"The summer of love is only just beginning. I'm definitely having a summer of love, so while I go on a mini-break, who knows, I could come back pregnant."
That might not be the only change in her life, as just six months after dropping £1.3million on her "dream house" in Essex, she's already itching for a move.

Speaking on her BBC Sounds podcast, she said: "I've been going to London for years. I know London like the back of my hand.
"I actually want to move to London, I want to move to the Knightsbridge area.
"I love Essex, but I'm in London so much now that it feels more like home to me."
