IT was a case of deja vu with A Place In The Sun viewers who shared a similar complaint after the most recent episode.
Monday's episode had fan favourite presenter, Jasmine Harman, showing a woman homes in Brittany, France.
Julie was looking for a new holiday home for herself and husband of 33 years, Gerry in the repeat episode from last year.
Her best friend Lindy came on the house hunt with her because Gerry's work schedule prevented him from travelling to France.
“Julie has a maximum budget of £125,000 to find the dream holiday home for her and Gerry,” Jasmine told viewers.
She first showed the women a four-bedroom cottage and asked them, “is it what you were expecting from outside?”
“Yes and no,” Julie replied.
“It's all-in-one room at the moment, I thought I’d walk into the kitchen maybe to start with and flow through to some of the rooms, so it’s a bit unexpected.”

While the cottage was available for a price under the couple's budget, Lindy stepped in to spot out one flaw.
“It just concerns me, after the brief I was given by Gerry, that, you know there is an area that we need to be looking at, village wise,” she said.
They looked at three more houses with Julie admitting, “I’ve got an exciting dilemma now.”
“We would like to put an offer in on the blue house, to see how we start, and that would definitely then sway is us that if its Guilliers or the blue."
The asking price was £120,000 and Julie decided to offer £102,000.
But the owners rejected it and came back with a counter-offer of £115,000.
Julie said she would go away and think about which left viewers disappointed for a couple of reasons.
While some were not keen on the lack of action or closing of a sale, many more were annoyed at yet another repeat episode of the hit real estate series.
“Are we just making really boring episodes and show repeats now then? #aplaceinthesun,” wrote one fan on Twitter.
Another added: “Ah well, that was pretty boring, until tomorrow fellow placers #aplaceinthesun.”
And a third wrote: "Hope we get a new one soon. Fed up with these repeats."
But the wait is almost over for fresh content as A Place in the Sun finally reveals it will return to Channel 4 with a selection of new episodes in September.
