The TV star was wearing a gorgeous gown while standing inside the boat.
Grant got down on one knee when he popped the question to the Chicago P.D. actress.

Sophia wrote: "So it turns out that being your favorite person’s favorite person is the actual best feeling on planet Earth."
The Hitcher actress continued: "Thank you to and for helping my favorite human plan the most incredible, moving surprise of my life."
She concluded: "My heart. It bursts."

Grant Hughes is an American entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Back in 2013, Grant cofounded in June the Santa Monica-based organization, which "" for surgery patients.
He also volunteered for the Wayfarer Foundation to help provide "free clothes, haircuts, foot washing, medical services, legal services, a warm meal, showers, eye exams, and a damn good dance party" to the people living on Skid Row in Los Angeles.
Sophia had previously tied the knot to Chad Michael Murray, 39, who she divorced back in 2006.
They were briefly married for about five months.
'NOT DOING THIS'
At the beginning of 2020, the False Positive actress remembered a heated conversation with the CW show's bosses during her stint on One Tree Hill.
