Love Island viewers swamp Ofcom with complaints after Faye Winter rages at contestants

FURIOUS Love Island fans swamped Ofcom with complaints after Faye Winter hurled abuse at four contestants.

The 26-year-old  flew into a rage after producers showed footage of Teddy Soares admitting to being sexually attracted  to another girl.

She branded Teddy: “A two-faced p****” and turned on pals Matthew McNabb and Dale Mehmet when they tried to defend him.

She also lashed out at Jake Cornish after seeing footage of him encouraging Teddy to get to know other girls while the lads were in Casa Amor.

Faye was seen screaming: “I’ll f***ing fall out with all of you p****s if I have to. I’ll fall out with every single p**** in here.”

A viewer tweeted: “Disgusting behaviour. Producers need to step up and remove Faye immediately. Uncomfortable viewing.”

Another added: “This isn’t entertainment. Hence everyone complaining to Ofcom.

“No one was ‘entertained’ last night. It was uncomfortable to watch.”

A third fan said: “I urge all to place a complaint to Ofcom. This should never have aired and Faye should be removed.”

Another said: “I’m heading to Ofcom. Producers never should have let that run.”

Sources said Faye was warned about her behaviour after Friday’s ITV2 episode.

One said: “Obviously she was  upset  and they wanted to check she was OK.

"But she was also warned others could be upset by her behaviour.

"Teddy’s feelings also had to be considered.”
