Carol Vorderman has a hair transformation as she shows off new blonde ‘do
CAROL Vorderman showed off her new blonde hairdo today - and it looks great.
The 60-year-old opted to add some golden highlights to her brown locks and they shimmered in the light.
Carol shared a smiley selfie and told fans: "Someone's had her hair done... I really like it #blondeish."
The big reveal came before she interviewed Queen guitarist Brian May, who she was chuffed to discover used to watch her on Countdown.
She also revealed the band's late legendary singer Freddie Mercury was a big fan of the show and would write in.
Last week Carol was left red-faced after making a bikini blunder on Instagram.
The age-defying star smouldered in a sexy swimwear selfie, but noticed only afterwards the bikini top was inside out.
She poked fun at the mistake in her caption, writing: "And yes, I’m a happy scruff… bikini top inside out, no makeup (with huge apologies to Elizabeth Hurley… Queen of the bikinis).
