Love Island hit by most Ofcom complaints in show history as furious fans slam Casa Amor postcard
LOVE Island has been hit with the most Ofcom complaints in their six-year history following their controversial Casa Amor postcard last week.
Viewers were left outraged after a misleading photo suggested to Faye that her partner Teddy had been unfaithful in the second villa.

Producers included an image of the hunk snogging one of the Casa Amor girls during a game of dares.
Away from the games and challenges, Teddy had remained completely loyal - avoiding all of the girls' advances and sleeping outside every night.
The episode which saw the Islanders receive the postcard aired on 28 July, and triggered a staggering 4,330 official complaints to the TV watchdog.
Ofcom confirmed: "The majority of complainants considered that a postcard sent to female contestants was misleading and caused unnecessary distress."

Love Island received a further 738 Ofcom complaints for episodes that aired later in the week with regard to the "postcard issue".
The watchdog explained: "Viewers objected to an alleged ‘manipulation of Faye & Teddy’ following on from the Casa Amor postcard issue."
This totals more than 5,000 formal complaints about Teddy and Faye's treatment.
The most complaints any one Love Island moment has received before this is 2,644 in 2018 - when Dani Dyer received similarly misleading information about Jack Fincham when he was at Casa Amor.
On Friday, viewers were heartbroken when Teddy returned from Casa Amor single, with Faye's beloved soft toy in hand, only to find that she'd coupled up with new boy Sam.

He was clearly shocked and confused as she ranted to him about the photo she'd seen, having remained faithful while with the other girls.
Eventually the two managed to clear the air, talking through the misunderstanding as they both admitted to making mistakes.
And at the weekend, fans broke down in tears as a romantic scene saw the pair kiss on the terrace after making up - and they re-coupled with each other during last night's show.
This year's series of Love Island has also received thousands of other complaints, with more than 2,000 calls to Ofcom put in over the first three weeks.
Many related to bombshell Danny Bibby, who was allowed to remain in the villa despite being caught using racist slurs on social media.
