EMMERDALE'S Katie Hill has revealed Sarah Sugden will be consumed by "utter fear" after a bombshell reveal from her donor family.
The actress - who has played the youngster in the ITV soap since 2017 - has had it pretty rough after battling a number of serious illnesses since she was born.
Despite only being 21, Sarah battled a rare genetic disease, cancer and also undergone a heart transplant.
On Thursday night's instalment of the hit show, Sarah randomly blacks out and gets rushed to hospital.
This leads on to her finding out information about her donor and she decides that she wants to contact them.
Katie recently told magazine: "I'm so pleased that Emmerdale is revisiting Sarah's dramatic past.

"Sarah has a very problematic medical history, and doctors have told her that she might have a shortened life.
"So with Leanna dying and Granny Faith's mystery illness all her fears are definitely heightened... she's consumed by utter fear.
"Sarah is determined to learn about (her donor family), and I can tell you that she's really determined.
"Sarah starts investigating things for herself, and she does find someone in the family who agrees to meet her."

Katie is the fifth actress to play Sarah since she was born in 2005.
Sophia Amber Moore played the role between 2007 and 2016, before Katie took over.
Sarah was welcomed into the world after fifteen-year-old Debbie Dingle got pregnant with Andy Sugden's baby.
After noticing lots of bruises when she was six, Sarah was diagnosed with Fanconi anaemia and had to undergo a bone barrow transplant.
Then two years later she was diagnosed with throat cancer and she then had to have a heart transplant in 2018.
Elsewhere in the village this week Mackenzie Boyd will stoop to new lows as he scams Ryan Stocks and leaves him broke.
the lads decide to have a game of poker, but things get out of hand when Ryan is left out of pocket.
Having lost £250, Ryan is skint and McKenzie uses this as an opportunity to lure more money out of him.
