She opened up on everything from what time they eat to where the cameras are hiding.

Georgia revealed it "doesn’t get properly dark" until after 11pm in Majorca in summer and that most of the night scenes are filmed well after that time.

She actually arrived in the villa at 3.30am with Tyler and Abigail and was shocked to find the Islanders getting stuck into food.

As a result the Love Islanders would have "very late nights, but lay-ins in the morning."

Georgia also explained to fans how food worked on the show.

"Breakfast you provide for yourself, so you can use any of the ingredients, things like cereal, toast, yoghurt and fruit," she told fans.

"But because we woke up so late, I never wanted to eat breakfast because I knew lunch was coming."

Georgia added: "Lunch and dinner would be provided by a catering agency."

They would then be told it was in the larder and Islanders would eat at "foldaway chairs and table."

Georgia said she liked the food which was "meats and fish and salads."

The reason why they don't film the Islanders having their big meals, is because it "wouldn't look good watching everyone slop their food down."

Georgia added: "And that was the time we would swap our microphone battery pack, so some people are not on their mics.

She also opened up about how people let their guards down so much, even though they're being filmed.

"The cameras are all integrated into the furniture in the surroundings, it's not like you've got a man standing in front of you with a big fat camera," she explained.

"That's why people say you don't notice that they're around."

Georgia's revelations come after another former Love Islanders revealed the cast get one day off a week from filming.

According to Love Island 2017 star Kem Cetinay, the stars head to the beach on their day off.

Love Island doesn’t air a new episode on a Saturday (instead it shows Unseen Bits) is so that the cast can "get a day off".

Speaking on This Morning, he revealed that producers take the cast out of the compound to the beach for a few hours.

He said: "They get one day off a week.

"What happens is it gives them a day to clean the villa and you take your mics off and normally we go to the beach and we just chill out.

"When you take your mics off, you're not allowed to talk about anything to do with the show or the couples, you've got to talk about home life, you're being watched by an eagle hawk, by the producers, because they don't want you to talk about anything that's going on.

Kem added: "You can all sit and chat but they are quite careful with what you talk about because they want to keep it so everyone at home can see and they get it on video.

"But at the same time, it's their day to clean the villa, get everything done, give you a day off and you have time to relax and not be so intense."

She revealed the cameras are camouflaged into the surroundings so the cast don't notice them
