LOUISA Lytton has revealed that she's going to find it "difficult" to switch off as she officially goes on maternity leave from EastEnders.
The actress - who plays Ruby Allen in the BBC One soap - is expecting her first baby with fiance Ben Bhanvra.
The 32-year-old star, who has started her maternity leave, said that it felt "surreal" as she takes a break from Albert Square.
Wearing a stylish mustard coloured shirt dress, she admitted the one thing that has helped her relax during this period.
Louisa shared: "I've just finished work which is so surreal.
"I've been told that now is my time to finally switch off, sit back and relax - which if I'm honest, I find really difficult.
"Um the only thing that I managed to do to sort of switch off really is reading."
The star said she's been using an app with various reading content which has helped her unwind.
BABY ON BOARD
Earlier this month Louisa was treated to a baby shower complete with a huge cake, balloon arch and singers.
The soap star looked radiant as she showed off her growing baby bump in lemon coloured floral dress.
Louisa beamed as she posed for a photo in front of a white rose display wall and next to her mum.
The TV star praised her mum Jane for throwing her the "most special day" with all her closest friends and family in attendance.
She wrote: "My mum, she created the most special day, thank you for all that you do for me, but especially this ❤️ I am so proud of you ❤️."
Louisa was also thrilled with her stunning baby themed two-tier cake, decorated with cute animal figures.
To top off the celebrations, Louisa was surprised when her childhood pals performed classic tunes for the guests.
The overwhelmed star penned: "I'll never forget this. My childhood best friends singing for me and by baby hearing them sing together makes me prouder than they will know."
