LUCINDA Strafford’s ‘boyfriend’ Aaron Connolly has shared a video of her dog as she landed back in the UK.
The Premier League footballer, 21, - who looked after the pooch while she was in the Love Island villa - considers Lucinda his girlfriend, despite her coupling up with different people in the villa.
Yesterday she arrived back in the UK alongside the other Aaron, while the sports star was with her dog.
He posted a clip of the pup looking out the window at someone and joked he had seen a “10/10”.
The pair will no doubt be meeting up in the coming days so Lucinda can be reunited with her dog.
The Sun previously revealed that the on/off couple were actually on still when she entered the villa.
An insider said: “Lucinda and Aaron reconciled before she went on Love Island.
“It was meant to be a big secret because there are strict rules about it.
“No one wants to watch a dating show where the stars are really pining for lovers back home.
“Aaron was only too happy looking after Lucinda’s dog. It makes him feel like they are still the couple they are.”
Brighton and Hove Albion forward Aaron had split from Lucinda earlier this year after he cheated on her.
But after they reunited, he was said to be furious when he learned she was going on the show.
During her time on the show, Lucinda was firstly coupled up with Brad McClelland, who sacrificed his own place in the villa so she could stay.
Just 24 hours later she was very cosy with Aaron Francis and coupled up with him in the next recoupling.
The pair got the boot during Sunday's episode of the ITV 2 dating show after coming last in a poll of viewers about their favourite couples.
The islanders gave them a tearful send-off after the results were revealed to the group.
Following their exit, Aaron said: "It's obviously disappointing to leave the villa.

"I feel like that's my family in there.
"I've been in since the start.

"Really happy to be leaving with Luce anyway, because obviously I can't imagine leaving by myself."
Lucinda added: "We have been coupled up now for a couple of days, so early days, but hopefully just the beginning."
