A video of the pair was posted to Reddit where the two are laughing while Leah attempted to braid Kailyn's hair.
jokingly referred to her costar as "girl mom," with the caption: "Leah says Kail didn’t brush her hair 😂"
Fans commented on the MTV star's close bond, with one saying: "They seem to genuinely have fun together."

BFF's reunite
on her family vacation earlier this week, revealing she got to meet Kailyn's baby boy Creed, 11 months, for the first time.
The 29-year-old took to her on Tuesday to share photos and clips of her trip with .
The Teen Mom 2 star happily held Kailyn’s youngest son in one snap, which she captioned: “Finally got to meet this sweet little guy.”
Leah added a sticker that read “obsessed” over the caption, while she also tagged Kailyn, 29, and Creed’s Instagram accounts.
Leah continued to show off Creed on her as she re-shared a boomerang video from the Instagram account that showed her lifting the toddler into the air.
While the caption explained Leah and Creed got to meet for the first time, the mother of three added four heart-eye emojis onto the post.
Kailyn shares her two youngest sons with ex Chris Lopez, while she is also the mother to 11-year-old son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera and seven-year-old son Lincoln with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.
Meanwhile, Leah shares 11-year-old twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah with ex-husband Corey Simms and eight-year-old daughter Adalynn with ex-husband Jeremy Calvert.
Leah's family getaway

Getting vulnerable
Earlier this week, the TV star got vulnerable with her followers across her tummy and thighs while lounging on the beach in a bikini.
The mom-of-three proudly unveiled her tiger stripes as she encouraged her fans to make "realness" a trend on social media.
"What you see vs what is REAL," Leah began the post, before listing a series of opinions she had felt when looking at her stretch marks.
"I should get the tummy tuck, I don't like my nose, I should be more toned, I should try that laser removal & the list could go on," she added.
"It seems far too often that I see or hear of women speaking so negative over their bodies/appearance & I say all of this because - it genuinely breaks my heart and I want you to know that you’re not alone.
"I pray that every woman out there knows that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL despite anything your mind, society, or anyone else’s comments might try to convince you.
"I’m definitely stepping out of my comfort zone with this one BUT let’s make real the new social media trend!"
