Love Island’s stomach-churning food-spitting game disgusts viewers as Islanders swap roast dinners in their mouths

LOVE Island's most disgusting challenge was back tonight as the contestants transferred a whole roast dinner using their mouths - and viewers were sickened.

The aim of the game was for the boys to pass the entire contents of a Sunday roast in record time to the girls - who then had to regurgitate it back onto a plate.

Liberty and Jake crowned Millie and Liam the winners after they presented the most complete plate of food at the end of the challenge.

Viewers nearly brought up their own dinners, with one writing on Twitter: "THIS CHALLENGE IS DISGUSTINGGGG! #LoveIsland."

Another posted: "Can’t even watch these it makes me gip."

A third said: "You couldn’t even pay me enough to do this s**t."

The gut-churning fun began when Millie, 24, got a text.

She read: “Islanders. Get ready to make a meal of it in today’s couples challenge Spit the Roast. #meatandtwoveg #itsallgravy”

The first round saw the boys throwing pieces of meat for the girls to catch.

In the second round the boys passed the vegetables and gravy to the girls using only their mouths.
