Chloe, who has made it clear he is “her type on paper” pulled him for a chat shortly after their snog and they pair told each other they were interested in exploring their romance further.
Tobytold Chloe: "Out of all the girls here, you intrigue me the most."
The semi-professional footballer then decided he better end things with Kaz so cooled off their romance.
An angry Kaz labelled Chloe a "snake" e for going behind her back.
But it was between Chloe and Faye that things really erupted.
Chloe heard Faye talking about the explosive kiss with Rachel as the news that Toby's head had been turned rippled through the villa.
The 25-year-old stood up and said: "I can't be arsed with this drama. Oh dear."
But Faye screamed back: "Don't 'oh f***ing dear'. Just shut up and stop f***ing looking over here."
Chloe refused and yelled: "Why are you telling me to shut up?!"
But Faye shouted: "Stop being nosy and stay over there and have your wine!"
The episode also saw Jake Cornish get to know new arrival Millie Court.
Liberty Poole, who he is coupled up with, later told him she is "not going to sit here and watch you get to know every blonde girl".
She added: "I gave you 110%, and if you don't want to give me that back that's fine.
"But I'm not going to give 110% if you're going to get to know other girls."
Jake then confirmed he was not interested in anyone else in the villa.
Elsewhere in the episode, Rachel once again cried over Brad as he continued to make his move on Lucinda.
