Livid Jeremy Clarkson brands farm show co-star Kaleb Cooper a ‘rural halfwit’ after tractor disaster
JEREMY Clarkson was furious after a farm prank left him soaked during filming for tv series Clarkson's Farm.
Farm manager Kaleb Cooper got an earful from Jeremy after falling victim to a farm prank.
Jeremy's new documentary series Clarkson’s Farm on Amazon Prime Video documents his running of a 1,000-acre farm, despite having no farming experience.
The Grand Tour host enlisted help from farm manager Kaleb Cooper - but soon regretted this decision.
In the sixth episode, Jeremy faced weather problems as he tried to rescue his pumpkins, which drove him to purchase a vacuum slurry tanker.
He said: “To me, the job is simple, hitch the tanker to my tractor and fill it up from my big stream.
“I love being in my Lamborghini, it’s like a hay fever capsule, no pollen allowed.
“Kaleb however said the job would be difficult as my tractor wouldn’t be able to reach the big stream."
While driving his tractor, Kaleb signalled him to stop.
Jeremy commented: “If he says my tractor is too big, I’m going to kill him."
As predicted, Kaleb told Jeremy: "It’s too b****y big, you’re catching it on the trees, you’re going to take the beacon off."
After removing the tractor's beacon and travelling through water, Kaleb pointed out Jeremy would struggle to get the tractor back to the field.
“With the tanker full it was time to switch off and disengage,” Jeremy narrated - but Jeremy got accidentally soaked by the machine.
Jeremy exclaimed: “You rural halfwit!” to which Kaleb explained: “I pressed the wrong button.
“We’re going to be here a while" Kaleb joked as he tried to direct Jeremy.
An unimpressed Jeremy remarked: “If at first you don’t succeed, sod it give it to a teenager."
He eventually returned to the field with 1,000 gallons of water.
Clarkson’s Farm is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
