But fans have been left wondering where she is today (September 19, 2023), and why she is not fronting her usual Breakfast slot.

Fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to question where she was, and why she wasn't presenting the show.
But they need not worry, as she is just on holiday.
In fact Kay is staying at Sir Richard Branson's luxury Ulusaba retreat in South Africa.

She has been keeping fans up-to-date with her vacation, and posted Several videos of her on safari.
While she is in South Africa, she is replaced by Jayne Seckler.
The popular presenter is known for her work on Sky News, and is often called in to cover when Kay's away.

Kay has been presenting on Sky News since 2018.

She moved from the afternoon news slot to the breakfast show in 2019.
You can usually catch her weekdays from 7am until 10am.
Why was Kay off air before?
In June 2021, Kay returned to Sky News following a six-month suspension from her show after breaking the lockdown rules.
The news anchor apologised in December 2020 after "inadvertently" breaking restrictions to celebrate her birthday in London.
Kay was unaware of the changes, which saw London placed in tier two, and agreed to step back from her post following the mistake.
Vowing to take six months off the air, Kay wrote in a statement at the time that she was having a "period of reflection"; but would return.
Kay wasn't the only Sky employee to be caught out breaking the rules - with correspondents Beth Rigby and Inzamam Rashid, who both attended Kay's party, taking three months off each.
Kay expressed her great regret at throwing the party, writing to her fellow employees in an apologetic statement.
She said: "Some dear friends and colleagues – some of the most talented and committed professionals in our business – have been pulled into this episode and I regret this enormously."

Meanwhile, at the end of August 2023, Kay also took time of to visit a health retreat where she revealed she had been fasting.
She stayed at the Clinic Buchinger Wilhelmi, where she revealed to fans on Instagram she had given up food for 10 days.
