Demi, 22, looked fantastic in a bright yellow dress and skyscraper heels.
The stunning red-head was spotted mingling with glamorous friends - one whom was dressed in a colourful body stocking.
And her Love Island co-stars came out in full force, including twins Eve and Jess Gale who wore matching tan outfits and plastic heels.
Love Island's winning winter couple Paige Turley and Finn Tapp also supported Demi and no doubt toasted her health.
Demi spent four weeks in the villa at the start of 2020, enjoying two romances, with builder Nas Majeed and Justin Bieber lookalike Luke Mabbott.
She was single after splitting from Luke last year, shortly after they left the show.
But she recently moved on with a music industry executive known as Miami, who has worked with Yungen.

The new romance comes after the star was devastatingly told she had thyroid cancer earlier this year.

She was only diagnosed following months of delayed appointments due to the pandemic and after pushing doctors for further tests.
She now has to wait a year before she knows if she is completely cancer-free.
She told The Sun: “Before, I was always getting dressed up to the nines to promote a brand. Now I am enjoying showing a more natural me on my Instagram.”
More than anything, she is grateful, adding: “When you’re my age you assume you will live until you’re 80. This has made me appreciate everything so much more.”
