CHASER Mark 'The Beast' Labbett was left unimpressed as a cheeky contestant took a 'harsh' swipe at his age.
The jibe came as the quizzing expert faced off against Kathryn who was looking to answer a question correctly to re-join her teammates for the final round.
Appearing on Wednesday's episode of The Chase, the contestant was asked: "In what sit-com did the main actors use their same first names as their characters?"
When the options George and Mildred, Marion and Geoff and Terry and June, came up Kathryn pressed the button to lock in 'George and Mildred' as the answer.
She admitted: "Again, I don't really get much time to watch TV, so a bit of a guess, and to be honest it's the only one I've heard of."
Bradley Walsh, 61, commented: "This is long before your time."
He then went on to reveal: "Okay, the correct answer to go through with £4,000 is Terry and June.
"Terry Scott and June Whitfield."
Terry and June aired on the BBC from 1979 to 1987.
He added: "So you stay where you are, but if the Chaser knows this, you're in trouble. Do you think he knows it?"
To which Kathryn cuttingly replied: "Yes, he's old enough."
Although surprised at the comment, Mark, 55, admitted: "Harsh but fair.
"30 years ago now I'd imagine.
"And Marion and Geoff was one of Rob Brydon's early works, in fact probably his breakthrough role on television."
Bradley added: "George and Mildred was Brian Murphy and Yootha Joyce.
"I'm sorry though Kathryn, you've been caught and for you The Chase is over."
Viewers watching the show were quick to hit Twitter before the answer was revealed to show their knowledge.
