Chloe, who admitted having a fling with a married dad before joining Love Island, said, in her best breathy voice, "Hey boys, how are you? Chloe here.
"I've just arrived and I'm outside the front of the villa. I'd like to take you all on a date but I'll let you guys decide who wants to come and join me."
She signed off: "Hopefully I'll see you soon."
Chloe was seen sitting on an ornate furniture set in the villa driveway surrounded by large candles.
One fan tweeted: "Why is the voice note so awkward 😭😭" while another shouted: "THIS VOICE NOTE IS SO CRINGEEE."
A third posted: "The cringe i felt hearing that voice note my god."
The text-message that appears before one Love Islander says the catchphrase "I've got a text" appeared to have been phased out last night.
Instead, a voice note - a recorded message - appeared on the villa mobile.

Chloe, who said "any girl should be way of her man, definitely around me", has been sent in to shake up the couples.

Shannon Singh has made no secret of the fact she's not all that keen on her partner Aaron Francis - and Hugo Hammond struggled to get a coupling at all.
In fact, the only pairing who seem remotely content together are Jake Cornish and Liberty Poole.
