The Great British Bake Off marquee ready for latest batch of hopefuls
THE Great British Bake Off tent has risen well, ready for the latest batch of hopefuls.
Our new pictures show the marquee in the grounds of Down Hall Hotel, Essex.
Prue Leith, Paul Hollywood, Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas all return to front the Channel 4 show, airing later this year.
Matt said: “We’re going into a bubble, so we can all taste each other’s bakes and there can be handshakes and all sorts.”
Matt previously gave fans a behind-the-scenes tour of The Great British Bake Off's filming bubble.
The show's strict coronavirus measures earned it the title of "the safest place in Britain".

During filming last October cast and crew quarantined together for six weeks, living in a self-contained biosphere so they did not have to socially distance.
The hosts, judges, contestants, and crew stayed on the grounds of Down Hall in Essex.
Health and safety measures at the production village included access to antibacterial hand gel and temperature checks.
