Netflix’s Manifest season 4: When is the release date?

MANIFEST is back and fans could not be more excited for the renewal of their favorite drama-filled series.

The former NBC show has been confirmed for a fourth and final season.

When did NBC cancel Manifest?

Supernatural drama Manifest closed its third season on June 10, 2021, in the US, with a two-part finale.

Manifest revolves around the mysterious flight 828 - which landed safely after turbulence strikes the route, but passengers and flight crew learn the world had aged five years.

On June 15, reported that NBC opted not to renew the missing-plane drama for a fourth season.

The decision marked an end to the NBC series even after creator Jeff Rake confirmed he had a six-season plan in place for the show.

While Rake was “devastated” by NBC’s cancellation decision, the Manifest creator remained hopeful that the series could continue elsewhere.

Rake tweeted, "My dear Manifesters, I’m devastated by NBC’s decision to cancel us.

"That we’ve been shut down in the middle is a gut punch to say the least. Hoping to find a new home.

"You the fans deserve an ending to your story. Thanks for the love shown to me, cast, and crew. #savemanifest."

Is Manifest being renewed for season four?

Manifest debuted on Netflix on June 11 and quickly shot up to No. 3 in the US before taking over the top spot.

Four days later, the hashtag #savemanifest quickly started trending on - after the news of the show's cancellation was announced.

On August 28, 2021, Netflix announced it would be giving the series a fourth and final season, as well as a home on its streaming platform.

Seasons one through three are already available for streaming on Netflix in the US.

On August 28, 2022, exactly a year after the show was saved, Netflix released a premiere date for the upcoming and anticipated fourth season.
