SHERIDAN Smith's new drama Teacher follows the story of a woman who is a accused of raping a school boy - but she can't remember doing it.
Channel 5 have just released a first look trailer - and it looks like it's certainly not one to miss.
The four-part series, which is expected to hit our screens later this year, follows the aftermath of some awful allegations put on a woman called Jenna.
In the new footage school teacher Jenna can be seen stroking a male pupil's chest as another student says: "You're so creepy, you're always trying to be friends with the kids."
Another scene shows the educator in a club getting cosy with a young boy.
A voice says: "You slept with a child."
An additional scene sees Sheridan's character looking up in despair at a police station.
She protests: "I didn't."
The synopsis of the upcoming show reads: "With no memory of the night in question, Jenna's only hope of redemption lies in uncovering the truth about a dark event in her past that returns to haunt her."
Award-winning actress Sheridan, 39, isn't the only famous face in the upcoming drama.
She will be joined by Emmerdale and Strictly winner Kelvin Fletcher, My Mad Fat Diary's Sharon Rooney, Black Mirror's Cecilia Noble and It's A Sin star David Fleeshman.
There is no official release date as of yet.
It comes after Sheridan shared a never-before-seen snap from Teacher on Instagram with her 656k followers.
The star's alter-ego can be seen looking into a mirror with a worried expression.
Sheridan captioned the post: "Did she or didn’t she?! Excited for you to see my new drama. It’s a psychological thriller and will keep you guessing every step of the way 😲🤐😘 hope you all had a great bank holiday xxx."
