Two of the panel guessed it was him and they were proven right as Jordan took off his mask.

The 28-year-old explained why he took part in the show, saying: "The past 12 months everyone has been in a place where it's not been fun.

"The Masked Dancer is just about dressing up stupid and having some fun."

Host Joel Dommett asked if his Diversity pals knew he was taking part and Jordan said: "They don't know. The only one who knows is Ash and I was the first to be kicked out so he might sack me."

Oti Mabuse, who is a new member of the panel for the spin off series, said: "I know you so well, I know how you move."

Viewers were gutted to see Jordan leave first, with one writing: ";Unbelievable You was the best seriously i just tweeted sad to see you go. Loved your preformance love the Song too."

Another added: "HOW was Viper kicked off first?! HOW?! He was one of the best ones there! Just rude judges!"

A third tweeted: "I dare to think how the rest of the week goes with them voting off a PRO first day…."

Tonight's show saw the first six characters perform; Viper, Scarecrow, Knickerbocker Glory, Beetroot, Llama and Zip.

While viewers were still given an array of clues by the celebrities in disguise, the fact they didn't also have their voices to help them work out who was behind the mask left many frustrated.

Taking to Twitter one wrote: "THIS IS AN IMPOSSIBLE TV SHOW #MaskedDancerUK" while another added: "THIS IS TOO DIFFICULT!"

The Masked Dancer continues tomorrow, Sunday, May 30 at 7.30pm on ITV.
