It saw the six Friends cast members reunite on the original set of the show for the first time in decades, and it proved to be a big moment for the stars as well as viewers.
The show opened with each of the actors arriving one by one, with David Schwimmer first on set followed by Lisa Kudrow.
While they were clearly emotional to see each other, Jennifer was already crying as she came through the door and saw them on the set.
She said: "That’s amazing. Oh weird! Where’s the tissue box?”
Later in the show, the cast joined presenter James Corden for a chat about their time on the series and their relationships after it ended in 2004.
James asked how often they see each other and Lisa replied: "We stay in touch for sure.
"Maybe not every day but you know, we have such a bond from having done this show and forged this very tight relationship that any time you text or call someone, they’re gonna pick up. They’ll be there."
The reunion show also sees a number of the sitcom's favourite recurring characters return including Christina Pickles and Elliott Gould, who played Ross and Monica's parents, and Maggie Wheeler, who was the infamous Janice.
