The Hills cast are ‘whiny, fake nightmares’ and hate each other SO much new series could be AXED, says Spencer Pratt

THE Hills legend Spencer Pratt has branded his co-stars the most fake people he’s ever met.

In a scathing assessment of The Hills: New Beginnings cast ahead of the new series, Spencer, 37, said they whined non-stop as they each vied to be the most vulnerable.

Speaking to The Sun, alongside wife Heidi, he said: “What I keep hearing all the cast saying about themselves is that they were the most vulnerable ever, and this is the realest they’ve ever been, which I find entertaining because I felt like there was so much fakeness.

“So I hope it comes off as people pretending to be real that are really fake, if that makes sense. Yeah, cos I was like, when they’re all talking about being so real, I was like ‘you are the fakest person I’ve ever met in my life.”

The new series includes the likes of Kristin Cavallari, Ashley Wahler, Brandon Thomas Lee, Brody Jenner, Justin ‘Bobby’ Brescia, and Kaitlynn Carter – although there is no sign of Stephanie Pratt or Mischa Barton.

Without singling out any names, Spencer continued: “Yeah maybe that’s what they meant they were real, they were really at that house, or they really ate that lunch.

“That was real, but I felt like people interacting with me personally was very fake throughout the year, which I will definitely be commenting on in my testimonials.”

Testimonials are the show’s private to-camera moments, and it looks like Spencer won’t be holding back.

In fact the series will be so explosive that he doubts they’ll be able to reunite for another one.

He said: “I don’t imagine how we’d be able to film the season three. I don’t think there’s too much liking each other anymore.”

Spencer first appeared in The Hills in 2007 when he began dating original star Heidi.

The couple, who now have a son called Gunner, clashed with Heidi’s friend Lauren Conrad over the romance, with the tension key to the reality show’s storylines.

The Hills: New Beginnings S2 launches tonight at 8pm on MTV.
