TOWIE’s Fran Parman shared that she had lost over two and a half stone over a few months recently.
Sharing a video with her 285k Instagram followers she filmed herself using her weighing scales and setting a goal weight loss of three stone.
The Only Way is Essex star said: “I’m gonna step on the scales, ok so 12 stone, fantastic. It’s gotta go.
“So my goal is to lose three stone."
She responded to trolls when an image of her wearing an unflattering dress went online and said: "I filmed this before I was in the press being trolled over that dress but It was a very sad time for me and I think it’s only fair to show how I was feeling as a lot of us struggle with mental health in different ways."
Looking noticeably slimmer, she said: “Right here we go", before stepping on the scale which showed nine stone six pounds.
Showing quite a dramatic weight loss in only seven months.
Reflecting she said: “I’ve still got half a stone to go but I’m nearly at my goal. I’m like so over the moon.
“God when you see my face when I first filmed that I was like it's gonna be a challenge.
Revealing the secrets behind her weight loss she said: “I had my help with my apple cider as well but I was on a healthy diet obviously and I didn’t exercise too much cos it was lockdown but I am exercising now as well."
Visibly overjoyed she said: “It’s amazing I'm really proud of myself.
“I know I sound big headed but to achieve this I just want anyone that's going through it just to remind yourself of that feeling like wow yeah i've done it."
She also chose to show herself wearing the dress again that caused her to lose the weight on her Instagram to remind her followers that: "Your happiness is the main thing. Don't worry about what anyone else says."
She continued: “I haven't done but yeah I'm more than half way so if I can do it you guys can do it.
“You know I love my food and I'm not gonna lie.
“Good luck and it's all gonna be okay. It works if you put your mind to it.”
Fran’s transformation comes after she was trolled online for her weight and shared a raw video of herself for Mental Health Awareness Week discussing her eating habits.
