In a big push for the show's next installment, it has been revealed that Marcus, 53, will takeover the series' voiceover duties.

The Geordie narrator shared his excitement to voice his first talent show while also admitting he felt "lost" after his Big Brother gig ended in 2018.

He told : "None of us knew it would ever be so big. I do feel a bit lost without it.

"I’ve got no doubt that it’s only a matter of time before it gets recommissioned. I’m happy to finally be coming back to the screens for my first ever talent show voiceover.

"Over the years of people-watching on Big Brother, I know how to spot a star – someone like Jade Goody – and I think we’re going to find one in this series of Now That’s Entertainment."

Marcus narrated all 19 series of Big Brother since 2000, even following the show to Channel 5 after it was axed from Channel 4.

As well as narrating Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother since their inception in the UK, Marcus has also narrated some BB spin-off shows.
