Riverdale star KJ Apa’s girlfriend Clara Berry reveals they’re pregnant with first child in new baby bump photos
RIVERDALE star KJ Apa is expecting his first child with girlfriend Clara Berry.
The 23-year-old actor and the 27-year-old model announced the news on Wednesday with photos of her bare baby bump.
shared news that she’s pregnant with a mini photoshoot, including close-ups of her caressing her bump.
On KJ’s page, he posted a single snap of the two of them sitting on the couch together, with her stomach bare.
Though neither used their Instagram captions to confirm they were announcing a pregnancy, after seeing enough questions about it, KJ commented on Clara's post: "She's pregnant btw."
She countered in a reply to him, "We are," adding a heart emoji.
Vanessa Morgan, who acts alongside KJ on the CW drama and recently welcomed her own child, commented on his post: “Rivers soon to be bestie ♥️”
Fellow co-stars Madelaine Petsch and Charles Melton sent him crying and heart emojis.
Lili Reinhart, who plays Betty on the series, posted hearts on Clara's post, while Camila Mendes, who plays Veronica, wrote: "another neném on the way 👼🏼"
After movie star Inanna Sarkis, who gave birth to in September, commented: “Ahhh congrats!!! Welcome to the club ❤️❤️❤️”
KJ's castmate, Britt Robertson, said: ❤️❤️❤️ 🙌 congrats KJ!!
The New Zealand actor and the French model have been dating since last year and have often shared photos together on social media.
In August, KJ posted while the two were out hiking in nature.
The post, which included three photos, began with Clara posed on her stomach as she lounged across a wall while outside.

Clara showed off her toned bum in the second shot as she posed on the ledge with her arms spread out and back to the camera.
The third and final photo showed Clara staring into the camera with her arms crossed in front of her, which put her tattoos on full display.
The Riverdale star captioned the shot: "There's nowhere else."
