MAMA June's son-in-law begged the reality star's ex Sugar Bear for a JOB.

The began with Josh, 24, explaining in a confessional: "My first plan to find a job didn't really work out, but you always got to have a trick up your sleeve."

After Sugar Bear, 49, welcomed him into his office, Josh said: "I am in need of employment."

Back in his confessional interview, Josh recalled helping Sugar Bear out when he was in need by allowing him to live in his and Pumpkin's backyard.

Sugar Bear- who shares daughter with ex June- then asked Josh why he quit his recent job in South Carolina.

After the father explained that he "quit to come home to spend time with the family," he added: "Now I just found out- between me and you- that my family is getting bigger."

Josh said he was "excited" to have another child, though admitted to feeling pressured to find new job since "nobody's hiring."

Sugar Bear responded: "I appreciate you letting me stay in the backyard, so I owe you a favor.

"Well, it just so happens that I do need a weed-eater guy."

The clip concluded with Sugar Bear telling Josh that he can start his new job tomorrow, adding that he shouldn't wear a shirt and tie while working.

Sugar Bear- whose real name is Mike Thompson- split from , 41, in 2014.

Pumpkin and Joshua tied the knot in 2018, while the couple currently share one daughter, Ella, three.

Back in April, Pumpkin- whose real name is Lauryn- by posting pictures of her positive pregnancy tests and sonogram images.

"Well the secret is out for everyone to know now!! Baby Efird  coming 2021❤️. After almost 3 years we are finally having another blessing and couldn’t be happier," she wrote.

While speaking with , the star revealed: "We weren't really expecting. We also weren't trying either, but we weren't preventing.

"Everybody knows Ella's three now, so it's taken me that long to get pregnant. Because for a while, I was on birth control and then I got off of birth control for a year and a half.

"And then I found out that I was pregnant."
