Who is Jacqui Joseph? Money For Nothing and Homes Under The Hammer star
FOR nearly six years, the Homes Under The Hammer presenting trio has been made up of the trio of Dion Dublin, Martel Maxwell and Martin Roberts.
However, 2021 ushers in a new era for the show, with two new presenters entering the mix - 64-year-old Tommy Walsh and former Money for Nothing star Jacqui Joseph.
Who is Jacqui Joseph?
Jacqui has vast experience when it comes to both presenting and producing television, working on a number of British daytime television shows over the course of many years.
As well as working in television, Jacqui also has a passion for fashion - inspired by her decorator, plasterer and seamstress mother.
Jacqui explained: "I didn’t know it then, but they [her parents] were my inspiration and influence. My mother taught me how to sew and my father how to do everything from wallpapering to tiling and painting and everything in between!
"So with my fashion background and my love of colour, textiles, trimmings and trends, it wasn’t long before I was drawn to interior design and interior craft, which I adore."
She is also the founder of Jacqui Joseph Designs, which is still up and running to date and sells a variety of beautiful homeware.
Jacqui will clearly fit right in with the Homes Under The Hammer crew, she describes herself as an "Eco Interior Designer" on her Instagram page, so it is evident she has a flair for making houses beautiful.
What TV shows has she been on?
Jacqui's CV for credits either side of the camera make for impressive reading, she has featured on GMTV, Daybreak, Lorraine, This Morning and other series such as E4's Wife Swap the Aftermath, Hollywood Gossip, and The Alan Titchmarsh Show.
Jacqui even boasts experience when it comes to property shows, she was once the associate producer and presenter for the makeover series Room 2 B You on Discovery Home.
Linking back to her love of fashion, she also produced and presented BET Style where she customised and updated clothes as well as an eight-part series on UKTV's LoveHome.
Is she married?
Tragically, in a previous post, Jacqui revealed that her husband Andrew passed away in 2018 after an eight-month cancer battle.
