JULES Hudson is a much-loved archaeologist and TV star.

Who is Jules Hudson?
Born on January 9, 1970, Jules is best known for presenting the BBC series Escape To The Country.
Jules took a master's degree in archaeology at Durham university.
The presenter's interest in the countryside, the environment, archaeology, and architecture has brought him great success.
However, he initially pursued a career as an army officer, before moving into TV production in 1996, focusing on historical programmes.
But in 2017, he was commissioned into the British Army with the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers.
