Who is in the cast of The Bay season three?
Marsha Thomason as DC Jenn Townsend

COBRA actress Marsha Thomason is set to take on the lead role of DC Jenn Townsend, a newcomer to the station.
Thomason, who has also starred in Disney's The Haunted Mansion and Lost, started filming for the series back in April 2021.
Scottish Actress Morven Christie had played the lead role for the first two series of the show as DC Lisa Armstrong, but announced last year that she would be departing the show.
Daniel Ryan as DI Tony Manning

In 1997 Daniel landed his first recurring role on Trial & Retribution but has since gone on to star in a string of hit shows such as Mount Pleasant and Innocent.
He's also known for his work in Doctor Who, Casualty and Home Fires.
The actor, who stars as Jenn's boss in The Bay, has also been in movies Black Sea and Lipstick on Your Collar.
Andrew Dowbiggin as DS James Clarke
Andrew Dowbiggin is reprising his role as DS James Clarke, also known as 'Clarkie' for a third series of The Bay.
The star has also appeared on Coronation Street, Casualty and Emmerdale.
Most recently, the Leciester native appeared in 2020 Sky One series Cobra, alongside his new co-star Marsha Thomason.
Erin Shanagher as DS Karen Hobson

Erin Shanagher plays another returning star to The Bay as Detective Sergeant Karen Hobson.
DS Hobson has been a staple of the series since it first premiered in 2019, and has so far appeared in every single episode.
The actress has also appeared in Holby City, Casualty, Viewpoint and more.
Thomas Law as DC Eddie Martin

Thomas Law is reprising his role as DC Eddie Martin for series three of The Bay, having joined the show in 2021 for series two.
Fans might also recognize Thomas from his role as Peter Beale in long-running BBC soap Eastenders.
The star also makes music, which he frequently shares with fans on social media.

What will happen in The Bay series three?
Series three begins with newbie DS Jenn Townsend being thrown into the deep end when a body is discovered in The Bay on her very first day at work.
The body is that of a young and ambitious boxer, whose complicated family Jenn has to infiltrate if she has any hope of solving the case.
