I'M A Celebrity's Kiosk Kev has paid tribute to show cameraman Troy Gordon following his tragic death.

He said Troy, who worked on three series of the hit ITV show in Australia, would be "truly missed" in an emotional post on Instagram.

Kev, aka Mark 'Aussie Tarzan' Herlaar shared photos of the camera operator smiling and alongside him in his famous kiosk in the jungle.

He penned: "Tribute to a great man TROY .. R.I.P brother loved your company and friendship was great knowing you and working with you

"I'll still be looking for your happy smile and great sense of humor .. Take your rest brother . And know you are truly missed .. much love from Tarzan (sic)."

Many of his 17 thousand fans commented on his post, with one writing: "Very sorry for your loss mate! I hope you are doing ok."

Another wrote: "Sorry buddy. My heart aches for your pain."

Troy worked as a lighting and camera expert in Australia since 1985 under his own company TRG Vision.

He joined I'm A Celebrity in 2017 but this year the show was moved to Wales amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Bosses of the ITV show have discussed with the owner of Gwrych Castle about extending their deal.

The fear is that if restrictions on travel and local lockdowns continue that will make it impossible to return to the usual location in Murwillumbah, Australia, with a source telling us: "

“As with this year, producers are looking at all possible eventualities.

“There is a very real chance that the show will be in the UK again next year, so they are trying to get their ducks in a row and have a plan B like this time around."
