TOWIE’s Georgia Kousoulou had fans wondering if she was pregnant when she was spotted in a baggy top last month.

Normally the show’s stars won’t be seen in anything other than skin-tight glam.

But the fans’ suspicions were proved right, as the Essex girl is expecting her first child with her boyfriend of six years, Tommy Mallet.

And a Towie couple starting a family is considered so momentous that ITVBe and Lime Pictures producers are already making spin-off episodes all about them preparing to become mum and dad.

A TV insider said: “Anyone worried that Georgia and Tommy will suddenly disappear from our screens now they are having a baby needn’t worry.

“As well as the special spin-off episodes they will also be staying on the main Towie show for some time to come.

“They’re two of its most popular characters so producers are delighted to have them stick around, especially when the two lovebirds become a family of three.”

The pair confirmed The Sun's exclusive on Instagram this evening, sharing a sweet family selfie with Georgia cuddling their pet dog and Tommy proudly holding up the baby scan.

He captioned the post: "Here’s some good news to end 2020, I feel so blessed and my life now feels complete ❤️ @georgiakousoulou May 2021"

Georgia shared the same snap and added: "WE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!👶 MAY 2021❤️ We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives 🙊 such lovely news to end this crazy year ! Let the next chapter begin.. ✨

"I’m so excited for you all to see how we announced it on tomorrow’s @towie honestly it’s the best thing ever, so special and so emotional & no one knew so it was even better , I literally don’t know how we kept it to ourselves !! Get your tissues ready 🙊✨✨"

STEPH McGovern has revealed on her Channel 4 lunchtime show that trolls oftens reduce her to tears.

During a discussion on Steph’s Packed Lunch she said: “I always get told I look ugly or fat or whatever else. Or that you’re thick and people say, ‘how can you possibly be intelligent with that voice?’. It’s ridiculous isn’t it?! I just sit there and cry.”

WHERE would Casualty be without the A&E department being patrolled by the obligatory hunky paramedic?

The latest to join the long-running BBC1 drama is sexy medic Leon, played by Bobby Lockwood.

He’s the actor who – I’m sure you all remember – beat boxer Carl Froch and Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding to win gymnastics-themed talent show Tumble in 2014, which was also on BBC1.

Essex boy Bobby, 27, also starred in CBBC show Wolfblood and Beeb drama Waterloo Road, and even had a minor role in 2017 war movie Dunkirk.

Bobby will join the cast when Casualty returns to our screens on January 2, with an episode that sees the team struggling to cope with the Covid outbreak.

Leon will certainly be hitting the ground running.

WHEN Gino D’acampo brought back classic gameshow Family Fortunes there were probably a few people sceptical about how the reboot would work.

But it’s clearly been a hit as ITV are bringing it back next year with the chef-turned-presenter also returning as host.

Gino said: “Thankfully, the show went down very well with viewers and I’m so happy to be back, as I had the best time.”
