He was voted by the public to take part in the BushTucker trial with EastEnders star Jessica Plummer.
Despite being as cool as a cucumber in camp, AJ was pushed to his limit when he had to crawl through the darkness with unwelcome guests.
He's heard shouting out for Jess as she helps guide him through the tunnel.
His terrified screams send hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly into hysterics.

And to muffle their laughter, the presenters cover their faces with their prompt cards as poor AJ continues to battle on.
The Strictly star's voice gets more panicked and high-pitched the further he goes into the tunnel.
He's trying to find stars to earn meals for camp - but the creepy crawlies and disgusting rats are in force to put him off.

On last night's show, Ant and Dec hit back after getting backlash for changing Saturday's live show to pre-recorded highlights.
Ant said: “Yes thanks for all your messages about last night's pre-recorded highlights show.”
With Dec remarking: “There was also unseen footage remember.”
“We really appreciate the feedback although I should point out that medically I can’t actually do that to myself,” Ant joked.
“Coming up on tonight’s live show which by the way is a belter,” Dec continued.
“So it should be, it's taken two days to make,” Ant exclaimed.
