I’M a Celebrity fans celebrated as AJ Pritchard and Jessica Plummer were chosen to do the next Trial.

The former Strictly Come Dancing professional’s fans have complained online about his ‘lack of air time’ since joining the ITV reality show.

But tonight, they finally got their wish to see more of him – in more ways than one – after he was chosen to do the next trial.

AJ – who stripped off in bed earlier in the episode – will take part in the Harm-ory alongside former EastEnders actress Jessica.

The 26-year-old looked nervous but pleased to be stepping up for his first non-group-related trial, and fans were even more pleased.

Taking to Twitter, one wrote: “omg it’s time to see more of AJ finally i’m EXCITED.”

Another added: “I’m loving that AJ is finally getting some coverage. He’s a sweetheart and I think he’ll smash the trial. He did well sticking his head in a box of rats on Friday.”

A third tweeted: “finally getting sum aj screentime.”

Many of AJ’s fans had previously threatened to complain about what they considered to be his lack of screen time.

Sharing an angry gif, one fan wrote: “Me writing my complaint to itv because we never see @Aj11Ace #ImACeleb”.

Another added: “PLEASE CAN AJ HAVE SOME SCREEN TIME  “

Earlier this week, fans questioned if the star had left the camp after he failed to appear significantly in an episode.
