I'M A Celebrity star Giovanna Fletcher has been using secret hand signals on the show to reassure her kids, her McFly star husband Tom has revealed.
The author, 35, was forced say goodbye to her three boys, Max, two, Buzz, six and Buddy, four to take part in the series which kicked off at Gwrych Castle in Wales yesterday.

Giovanna was seen touching her nose and wiggling her fingers near the end of the show last night as celebs were told by presenters Ant and Dec who would be taking part in the first trials.
Tom, 35, was on This Morning with his McFly bandmates today discussing the upcoming release of the group's first album in ten years and Giovanna's stint on the show.
The singer told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that Giovanna's gesture was a way of her communicating with her brood.
Holly pointed out she saw Giovanna make a hand movement on the show and asked: "Was that for the boys?"

Tom replied: "Yeah that was a little signal", as he mimicked her hand movement on the show.
"When she does that, that's a signal to the kids."
Tom's bandmate Doug Poynter then teased that he would get Giovanna in "trouble" with I'm A Celeb bosses for revealing her secret code.
He quipped: "Disqualified! Giovanna has been disqualified - she's out!"

Tom then joked: "I don't know what she was doing", as his bandmates and the presenters laughed.
Eagled-eyed viewers noticed Giovanna's unusual hand movement on the show and rushed to Twitter to speculate she was trying to communicate with her kids.
One wrote: "Was Giovanna’s hand signal near the end a secret message to her kids?"
Another said: "I always like trying to guess the celebs secret gesture to their family at home. Giovanna’s wasn’t very subtle Rolling on the floor laughing #ImACeleb."

A third wrote: "Giovanna’s little secret message there #ImACeleb."
Tom previously shared a clip on Instagram of son Max saying "missing mummy" already as she was isolating ahead of her appearance on the show.
The tot was seen repeatedly calling out for Giovanna in the heartwarming clip.
Tom captioned the post: "I think he misses his mummy..."

Although her I'm A Celeb appearance is Giovanna's first big TV stint, she's also appeared in The Boat That Rocked and appeared as a guest on ITV show Loose Women.
Giovanna has also been a contestant on All Star Mr & Mrs with Tom and is a presenter of The Baby Club on CBeebies.
