Coronation Street terror for Sally as Geoff threatens to murder her after catching her in his house
CORONATION Street fans are terrified for Sally Metcalfe after evil Geoff threatened to murder her after catching her in his house.
The former lady mayoress of Weatherfield - who is played by actress Sally Dynevor in the ITV soap - snuck into her father-in-law’s house to steal his laptop to find the footage of him abusing Yasmeen.
But she was left trapped when Geoff came home unexpectedly and found her trying to sneak out without being seen.
Masking her terror, Sally told Geoff she had simply come for a book for Yasmeen with her permission, but Geoff didn’t buy it.
In the end the pair ended up trading verbal blows with Sally telling him what for.
She said: “You’re a bully Geoff, and an abuser and everyone knows it.”
But deluded Geoff replied: “Face it Sally, you’re in a minority. You, Yasmeen, Alya, that wet weekend she calls a boyfriend. No-one believes you, why don’t you just drop it?”
Sally hit back telling him she was determined to find Elaine to prove what Geoff had done.
She said: “Elaine was telling the truth - I know you got rid of her. And even Tim’s starting to see the light.”
That was too much for Geoff and he raged at her and turned truly nasty.
Advancing on her, he said: “You keep trying to come between me and my son and you will be very sorry.”
A worried Sally jumped back as she asked Geoff if he was threatening her, and he menacingly replied: “Yes I am.”
Fans are terrified for Sally being trapped in the house with Geoff.
One wrote: "Sally: 'Are you threatening me?' Geoff: 'Yes I am!' Oh dear, now I'm shaking..."
A second said: "My heart was racing during that final scene! Sally is amazing!"
