DOCTOR Foster spin-off Life has been revealed with a teasing glimpse of the main players' antics.
A trailer for the BBC series, which is from the creators of the hit thriller, opens with the motto "live together, love together," and details Gemma Foster's neighbour, Anna Baker's, next life chapter after she leaves her husband.
Victoria Hamilton's character adopts the name Belle and starts to get her life on track, when the arrival of her 15-year-old niece upturns everything.
Doctor Foster fans will also spot Anna's ex husband, Neil, return in later scenes set in Manchester.
The spin off also features a fresh cast of high profile actors including Gavin and Stacey actress Alison Steadman, whose character Gail looks less than chuffed when introduced by her husband Henry at a dinner party for her 70th.
He opens with the less than witty quip: "Welcome the love of my life - but also now very old!"
She is heard telling the camera at the end of the trailer: "Sometimes life happens and you just have to deal with it."
This could hint at the chance encounter set to throw her whole life into question.
Meanwhile, Adrian Lester plays married man David, whose life is idyllic before he comes into contact with Saira.
Heavily pregnant Hannah, played by Melissa Johns, is also dealt a blow when her one night stand from nine months ago makes a comeback.
A BBC announcement on the series also teased: "Life also features Elaine Paige and Susannah Fielding in key roles."
It added: "Life follows the stories of the residents of a large house divided into four flats.
"As each of the four stories unfold and intertwine in surprising ways, they tell a larger story about what happens when we step out of our personal space and take a closer look into other people’s lives.
"Life explores love, loss, birth, death, the ordinary, the extraordinary and everything in between."

Writer Mike Bartlett previously confirmed Life will “share a universe with Doctor Foster."
Mike added: “In the last series of Doctor Foster Anna split up with Neil and moved away. But I loved her as a character and suspected that was really the start of her story, rather than the end."
This has led some to speculate it could also see the reunion of Suranne Jones as Gemma Foster, and former show actress Jodie Comer.
A TV insider previously exclusively told The Sun of the star's busy schedules and said: “Life could get round the problem by ensuring they don’t have to commit to a whole series, which is a thrilling prospect for fans suffering withdrawal symptoms since it ended.”
