Before getting help from The Speakmans, Sally-Ann said she'd "rather die" than go to hospital and be close to needles after being diagnosed in June 2019.

Revealing she was now cured of trypanophobia and was getting injections to help her white blood cells to combat the disease, Sally-Ann moved Eva to tears.

Eva said: "I'm so incredibly proud of her, because I've got to say Sally, you were hard work.

"The family didn't know what else to do because I wouldn't go into hospital and I wouldn't have any treatment.

"The whole family were at their wits' end."
