BBC weatherman Tomasz Schafernaker had viewers in stitches last night after suffering a microphone blunder live on air.
He delivered a chunk of his bulletin without realising he wasn't mic'd up and viewers couldn't hear him.
When the penny eventually dropped, Tomasz professionally styled it out, giving the camera a wink as he casually hooked himself up to his mic.
Smiling to camera, he he said: "Ooo live on air and I've forgot to put my mic on. Anyway. Crikey."
He received a ribbing from celeb pal Andi Peters, who tweeted: "Thanks for making me laugh out loud! ."
Tomasz replied: "I’m just so delighted....Tomasz the clown."
While Fern Britton praised him, saying: "Brilliantly handled mic hooha."
The grateful weatherman replied: "lol thanks, I think I was half asleep..."
The gaffe follows hot on the heels of another BBC presenting error after Carol Kirkwood had a hilarious slip of the tongue.
The seasoned weather presenter had been excitedly gushing over warm weather when she jumbled her words.
Carol had been trying to describe seeing lots of "dog walkers and joggers" at Greenwich Park during the BBC Breakfast broadcast when she exclaimed: "We've seen lots of doggers".
Dogging is a British slang term for having sex in public in full view of others - often reported as taking place in car parks and woodlands.
And the 58-year-old was quick to realise her mistake, saying: "Not doggers of course, lots of dog walkers and joggers around here through the course of this morning."

She then quickly cut to the forecast for the rest of the week.
The presenter then tweeted shortly after, writing: "That will teach me to try and say joggers and dog walkers in the same sentence!!! Sorry!"
The clip has quickly attracted attention online - with many viewers left in hysterics over the slip of the tongue.
