Emmerdale fans convinced Jamie is turning into mum Kim after he bribes Nate Robinson

EMMERDALE fans are convinced that Jamie Tate is morphing into his evil mum Kim after he bribed Nate Robinson in last nights episode.

The nasty gene certainly runs in the family after the vet used Belle Dingle's mental health as a scrape goat to keep the farmer quiet about the fact that he knocked Moira over.

After Belle told Nate the truth about the hit and run last week, the receptionist (who has been having an affair with the village vet), tried to stop him from telling anyone Jamie was the culprit.

But Nate wasn't having any of it.

Jamie also attempted to convince him to keep it to himself and tried to wiggle his way out of the situation when Nate questioned why he didn't go to the police.

He said: "Look, I know I should have gone to the police.

"I know that and I hate myself, but we can't change the way we are, can we? Or the way Cain is?"

"Do you really think he'll respect you more for telling him what happened? No, me neither - he'll attack me and we'll both end up in prison."

Nate snapped back: "If you survive."

Jamie then took a low blow and used Belle's schizophrenia as a way to keep him keep shtum.

Jamie went on to say: "Exactly...

"And what's that going to do to Belle? She'll break down, might even get sectioned again."

Nate was left gobsmacked by his remark and replied: "Are you seriously using her mental health to shut me up?"

Viewers of the ITV soap couldn't believe what they were watching and associated his nasty words with his immoral mum.

Fans took to Twitter to express their concerns about his wicked ways and one wrote: Wow jamie is just like his mam #emmerdale"

Another said: "Jamie using Belle’s MH He IS his mother’s son after all. #Emmerdale"

A third tweeted: "Jamie is a slimy bastard and I have got no idea why Belle wants to be with him #emmerdale"

Last week Jamie tried to win Belle back, despite calling it off with her a few months back, by admitting that he ran Moira over.

Belle was left disgusted by what he did and wanted to go to the police, but Jamie some how managed to stop her with his resisting charm and good looks.

He then to go public with their relationship after reconciling over his secret, but Belle thought it was too soon.

The pair started their secret fling at the beginning of the year and have been on/off since then.

Jamie has been sleeping with the receptionist despite being married to wife Andrea and sharing a daughter together.
