The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco reveals new show The Flight Attendant is on track for November release
THE Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco reveals her new show Flight Attendant is on track to be released in November.
The actress also confirmed they've almost finished filming the first season, and it is expected to hit screens in the US by the end of the year.
Cuoco, 34, was chatting to her sister Brianna, 31, in a video she dropped on Instagram and stated the show has exactly a month left of filming.
She shared: "We've got one more week here [in quarantine], and then back to the city to finish the show.
"We have basically a month left of shooting, two and a half episodes left and we'll be done.
"It sounds like this thing is airing in November, we don't have an exact date yet, but that is the talk around the town. It's very exciting."
The American, who is also an executive producer on the show, hinted that plans are in place for a second season, despite it being labelled as a limited series.
"It is a limited series, and we have plans baked in," co-showrunner Steve Yockey added.
"We have a great producing team, we are a wonderful group of storytellers. I think we have everything in place should the show move forward after this initial mystery."
Speaking of Kaley's latest projects, her animated series Harley Quinn is hanging in the balance, despite fans demanding more episodes.
Kaley’s foul-mouthed cartoon take on the classic DC Comic villain has certainly been a hit with fans, as the show explores Harley’s sexuality and identity without the Joker by her side.

But one of the show’s writers Dean Lorey recently admitted on Twitter that he has no idea what the future holds for the series.
Responding to a fan, he said: "We’d love to make one [a new series]! We’re still waiting to hear something from HBOmax.
"It was so much fun to work on (Bane!) and we have a lot more story to tell."
The Flight Attendant is expected to air later this year on HBO Max. A UK broadcaster has yet to be announced.
