Who is Amelia Tank?
Born in 1992, Amelia is a fitness influencer who regularly posts her routines on her social media accounts.
The bodybuilder, originally from Plymouth, trains multiple times a week and even coaches her partner, Olly.
In 2018 she finished first in the Bikini Tall and Miss Model category at the Miami Pro World Championships.
Weeks later she won the Bikini Babe Tall category at Pure Elite weeks later.
She was crowned the new Overall Pro UK Champion in 2021, also winning the bikini round.
Her Instagram bio states she's a 4x bikini champion.
The former bank worker revealed in 2018 how she juggled a full-time job with her bodybuilder.
She said: "I was training weights six days a week followed by 15 minutes of cardio before coming back after work for evening cardio of 35 minutes, three times a week.";
Sporty Amelia has also run the marathon, taking part in London 2013.
How did Olly and Amelia meet?
Olly met Amelia through a very modern method - he saw her pictures on Instagram.
A source told The Sun on Sunday at the time: “Amelia’s Instagram feed caught his eye and they started swapping flirty messages.”
The source added that they then met up at an Essex gym in July 2019 and agreed to date from there.
Olly officially confirmed his relationship with Amelia on New Year’s Day 2020 by sharing a loved-up snap of them together.
The singer opened up about his relationship on Good Morning Britain and revealed they first met up just after his knee operation and that he doesn’t know why she’s with him.
He told Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway: “I had my hair shaven, I had one leg, and big belly - I don't know why she's with me!"
Olly and Amelia announced their engagement on June 7, 2022, after he popped the question on Saturday, June 3, 2022
The pair tied the knot in July 2023.
