Characters can be hard to find in the parks because meet and greet locations can "fluctuate" and characters are introduced and moved throughout the year at Disney World.

However, some popular characters are only found in one or two locations.

Sue F explained to Sun Online Travel that some characters, including those from the Frozen film franchise, are among the hardest to track down.

She said: "Anna and Elsa from Frozen can only be found in Norway in Epcot.

"This is the only meet and greet area. They are not all over the place and are some of the most popular [characters].

"They appear in a show but to actually meet them and have a photo, that is the only place at the moment."

The Frozen characters aren't the only elusive ones.

"That's lovely as you can't meet them anywhere else."

The hardest character to see during a meet and greet, according to Sue, is Cinderella.

She said: "[A seat at] Cinderella's Royal Table inside the Magic Kingdom castle is really hard to get."

Sue advises taking advantage of being able to book character dining reservations 180 days in advance to avoid missing out.

For guests who don't manage to book ahead, they can try waiting for cancelled reservations nearer the time.

She said: "You can also meet Cinderella in the Grand Floridian at the 1900 Park Fare restaurant and she is there in the evening for dinner."

Another one of the hardest characters to meet is Beast from Beauty and the Beast, who no longer roams the park to meet guests.
