In a video by Twitter user , the Masai giraffe called Mara was seen mid-labour.

The footage, taken from the safari truck, captured the moment the herd of giraffes walked across the road.

Two hooves could be seen sticking out of the mother giraffe as she walked across the grass.

Another also captured the amazing moment, with a small group of lucky guests able to watch her from the truck.

In December, another Masai giraffe calf was born, with the public voting to name her Amira, meaning "princess"; in Swahili.

It isn't clear what gender the new giraffe calf is, nor if the public will be asked to name it again.

However, the calf is thought to be six foot tall already and guests will be able to see her in the attraction.
