DISNEY World is brilliant for families – but queues can become a real problem, especially when kids are involved.
But there are ways to make sure you beat the standing in line for rides.
Guests are able to buy FastPass+ tickets, which will allow them to skip queues and get straight on a ride - any wait to ride will be minimal.
However reveals that FastPass+ tickets are actually linked to Disney’s on-site hotels, a fact that many guests don’t realise.
Normally, FastPass+ reservations can be made 30 days ahead of arrival at the park.
But guests staying at an in-park hotel are able to reserve up to three FastPasses per day at a single park 60 days before arriving.
This is a month’s head start on reserving spaces on rides ahead of those who aren’t staying at Disney World’s hotels, meaning there’s more chance of getting spaces on the rides that you want ahead of others.
Another way to get more FastPasses is to upgrade your hotel room to a Club Level room.
This will get each visitor another three FastPasses for the price of $50 (£38) – and these can be reserved 90 days before visiting the park.
This is a big head start on other people who will be visiting.
Another way to get on more rides without queues is by booking an Early Morning Magic ticket, a special £53 ticket that can be booked for early risers.
It will allow entry into the park at 7.45am without queues – and includes a bottomless breakfast. .
General admission for the rest of the park is from 9am, so the tickets give a whole extra hour and a quarter at the park for families who don’t mind getting up early, as well as some great picture opportunities on the empty streets.
reports that once in, those with a ticket will get guaranteed entry to selected rides in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom.
Entry is guaranteed on Peter Pan’s Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train – without queues.
Other rides may also be open subject to availability, but these are the three where families will definitely get to ride.
As families will be inside the park before general admission, they can also be first in the queue for the park’s other rides.
Unlimited breakfast is available with the passes at the Pinocchio Village Haus until 10am, and features juices, fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages and yoghurt.
This means that families can have ridden three rides and had breakfast by 10am, so they’ll get much more out of the rest of their day at the park.
Tickets costs £53 for adults and £45 for children, while kids under two go free.
Passes are limited and should be booked early – plus a general admission ticket will also be needed to book.
