Return flights to San Francisco, NYC & Vegas for under £241

Those who want a holiday to the States will want to snap up these fares to the US on American Airlines and Swiss

HEADING Stateside could be the perfect autumn or winter getaway.

There’s good news for those who fancy it - Swiss and American Airlines both have cheap deals on tickets to cities like San Francisco, New York City and Las Vegas.

has found the cheap deals, such as San Francisco from £223, Orlando from £228, Las Vegas from £232, or Atlanta from £237 on , all on a return basis, between October and March.

There are also fares to New York and Boston from £241 return and Miami from £245 return on American Airlines.

Fly to Chicago from £260 return, Seattle from £265 return, Los Angeles from £267 return and Denver from £279 return.

The lowest fares are on basic economy, without checked baggage, or you can pay slightly more to check in a bag.

Fares are from Manchester, Aberdeen, Newcastle, Inverness, Glasgow and Belfast.

Meanwhile has low fares from Birmingham to New York from £284 return on economy saver in February.

There are also flights to San Francisco on economy light from £266 return. Or fly off to Miami on economy light from £259 return.

Flights on Swiss’ economy “saver” option come with food and drink on board as well as checked baggage included, or there’s the “light” option, which includes food and drink, but not checked baggage.

It’s worth heading to the website and playing around with dates and destinations to find the lowest fares.

Fares were correct at the time of writing and may go up.
