PLANE passengers have shared hilarious, weird and downright disgusting snaps of things they've seen on flights.

Everyone has their picky preferences when flying, but some people appear to transform into complete idiots when they're away from home.

Flying above the clouds can bring out the inner child in passengers, whether they cry in fear of flying or zone out staring out of the window.

But some passengers do not seem to care that they're still sitting in a public space, and sharing it with others.

One ridiculous photo shows a woman donning a pair of huge headphones as she watches a film, close to the aisle.

But the passenger behind her is forced to read a book as she accidentally covers their screen with her hair.

If you're going to flick your hair away from your neck in order to feel comfortable as you zone into a movie, would it be hard to avoid covering someone else's screen?

A disgusting snap shows one passenger sitting with another person, who may be asleep, putting their feet on his head.

Let's just hope they know each other.

One middle-aged man looks so keen to catch some sleep during his flight, he stripped down to a t-Shirt and boxers, leaving the passenger next to him looking less than happy.

These snaps come months after an Instagram account was launched solely to shame plane passengers.

"Passengershaming" now has hundreds of thousands of followers, keen to look at the most inconsiderate airline passengers in the world.

Its Facebook page description says: "Are these a-holes serious? Photos taken by anonymous flight attendants and passengers from all over the world.

"Don't end up here."
